The Indianapolis Colts have thrashed the Jacksonville Jaguars 30-10 in their final match of the regular NFL season.
The Colts raced into a commanding lead in the first quarter, with Donald Brown opening the scoring early on when he leapt over a mass of bodies and just reached the ball over the line from a yard out.
Trent Richardson then got another score for the hosts midway through the quarter as he found a gap in the defence from two yards out on fourth and goal.
Adam Vinatieri added two field goals before half time, one in either quarter, while Josh Scobee got the Jaguars' first points on the board with a kick of his own sandwiched between Vinatieri's double.
The Colts' third touchdown of the game came in the third quarter when Griff Whalen just about made it into the endzone, having collected a seven-yard pass from Andrew Luck.
The hosts edged further ahead in the final quarter when Vinatieri kicked another field goal, this time slotting his effort over from 39 yards to make to 30-3, completing the scoring for his side.
The Jaguars did have the last laugh as Kerry Taylor scored a touchdown from a Chad Henne pass in the closing seconds of the match, but it was too little too late for the visitors.
