The Kansas City Chiefs rallied from an early deficit to cruise to a 34-7 victory over the St Louis Rams at Arrowhead Stadium.

Kansas City dragged themselves back into the game when Alex Smith hit Travis Kelce for a big gain and the tight end managed to get right to the goalline. Jamaal Charles finished the drive with a one-yard run for the touchdown.
The Chiefs took the lead just before the break through the boot of Cairo Santos as he fired a 53-yard field goal through the posts with room to spare.
The home side extended their advantage on the first play of the second half when Knile Davis took the kickoff from Succop all the way to the endzone with a 99-yard score.
Andy Reid's side maintained their lead as they made their way into the redzone but were held to three points by the Rams' defense as Santos fired through the posts from 28 yards.
Charles notched his second score of the game when he received the handoff from Smith and found a hole to cut back into down the right, and the back ran all the way into the endzone for a 36-yard touchdown.
Davis secured his side's win in the fourth quarter when he powered through the middle of the line for a three-yard touchdown.
