NFL Draft analyst Mike Mayock has revealed that he would not pick former Louisville Cardinals quarterback Teddy Bridgewater in the first round of the 2014 Draft.
Bridgewater has reportedly been falling down Draft boards of teams following a poor performance at his Pro Day last month, just weeks after looking nailed on as a top-ten selection.
Mayock told Fox Sports: "If I was a GM in the NFL, I would not take him in the first round of the draft.
"I saw about four of his tapes prior to the combine, and I really liked him. I thought he had a chance to be a franchise quarterback from what I saw on the tape.
"Except you've got to see the quarterbacks throw the ball live. I've never seen a top-level quarterback in the last 10 years have a bad pro day, until Teddy Bridgewater."
Bridgewater threw for 3,970 yards along with 31 touchdowns to four interceptions in the 2013 season.
