Minnesota Vikings defensive tackle DeMarcus Love has been suspended by the NFL for four matches for violating their policy on performance-enhancing drugs.
The 25-year-old will be allowed to participate practices and all four of Leslie Frazier's side's pre-season games.
However, his ban will commence at the start of the regular season and he will miss his team's games against Detroit Lions, Chicago Bears, Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers.
Love has yet to play a regular season game for the Vikings since being drafted in the sixth round of the 2011 draft.
