Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson has admitted that he cannot wait to get started under the guidance of new offensive coordinator Norv Turner.
Peterson said that he expects to be involved a lot more with the passing game as well as the ground game, so he is "excited" about what is to come from the team next season.
"Definitely going to be involved more in the pass game," he told the club's official website. "That's something I look forward to.
"When he was in San Diego and Cleveland, he always found a way to get the running back out in space. So I knew once we hired him that will be something new for me. I'm pretty excited about that."
The Vikings finished bottom of the NFC North last season with a 5–10–1 record.
