Drew Brees has been the difference as the New Orleans Saints hold a 21-10 advantage over the Buffalo Bills as the teams head into the half-time break.
Brees threw his first touchdown pass in the first quarter, hitting Lance Moore with a 15-yard attempt.
The Bills hit back however through Stevie Johnson, who levelled things up from an accurate attempt from Thad Lewis, before a Dan Carpenter field goal gave them the lead for the first time.
With the half winding down, Brees turned things around, finding Kenny Stills for a 69-yard touchdown pass before hitting tight end Jimmy Graham with 30 seconds remaining on the clock.
