Rashad Jennings scored two first-half touchdowns to lead the New York Giants to a 21-3 lead over the Jacksonville Jaguars at half time in their NFL game this evening.
Odell Beckham Jr picked up some yards early on as the Giants looked for an opening score, but the Jaguars defense held firm to keep the scores level.
Jennings tried to force his way over at the end of the first quarter, but once again the Jacksonville defense were ready for the run and made the stop, ensuring that the game remained scoreless heading into the second quarter.
The running back had another chance after the change of ends though, powering over from two yards out to put the Giants in front.
Eli Manning quickly got the Giants back downfield after the New York defense forced a punt from the Jaguars, and spotted Preston Parker in space just inside the endzone to double the NFC East side's lead.
The visitors' dominance continued, resulting in another touchdown for Jennings before the break.
The Jaguars thought that they had got themselves back into contention when Blake Bortles found Cecil Shorts III, but an offensive hold by Luke Joeckel left the hosts settling for a field goal to get off the mark.
