David Baas has said that he has a "really good chance" of playing against the Minnesota Vikings this week.
The New York Giants center has missed the NFC East side's last three games with a neck injury.
The 32-year-old told reporters: "[Yesterday] I took every rep, so it's definitely something that I'm working on.
"I'm just trying to get a feel for it and get out there and work with my teammates. Things are going well right now. No predictions, but right now I would say that we've got a really good chance.
"Let's just say [Thursday] was a good day. [Yesterday] was even better. I think our team's out there working hard and we're ready to go out there and play our best on Monday night. I want to be a part of that, and so far things are going well."
The Giants sit bottom in their division, having lost all six games so far this season.
