The New York Giants are reportedly concerned that David Wilson's latest neck injury could force the running back off the field for good.
Wilson had spinal fusion surgery in January to repair a disc problem but after being cleared for contact on July 21, he was forced off the practice field on Tuesday after a collision.
The 23-year-old is scheduled to be examined on Monday by the chief of spine services who performed the surgery earlier this year.
It is reported that if Dr Frank Cammisa is disturbed by his findings, then it is possible that the Giants will have to consider discussing an injury settlement with Wilson.
