The New York Giants have clinched their third win in a row after coming from 10 points down to beat the Atlanta Falcons 30-20 at the MetLife Stadium this evening.
The home side opened the scoring in the first quarter when Eli Manning found Rueben Randle with a wide pass, moments after the wide receiver had an incompletion attempting the same move.
To get the Falcons back on level terms, Matt Ryan completed a string of passes to Julio Jones to give the NFC South side a strong field position, before Steven Jackson ran the ball in.
Matt Bryant briefly put the Falcons ahead after adding a field goal, but the Giants were forced to kick too when former New York player Osi Umenyiora sacked Manning, setting Josh Brown up to tie the scores.
After Roddy White failed to reach the end zone in a late drive for Atlanta in the second quarter, Bryant was brought back out, leaving the Falcons just ahead at the break.
The Falcons continued their momentum in the third quarter, with Ryan tossing the ball out wide for Antone Smith to run it back for the touchdown.
However, the Giants' rookies put them back in front, with Andre Williams powering over for his second NFL touchdown, before Odell Beckham hauled in a 15-yard catch on his debut for the team.
Brown made a 50-yard field goal to leave the Falcons needing to find a touchdown to tie the game, before the Giants defense stopped the Falcons on fourth down.
Brown was sent on again inside the final two minutes to put the win beyond doubt, moving the Giants to 3-2 this season.
