Johnny Manziel unsure on future

Johnny Manziel says that he has given "no thought at all" as to whether Saturday's game at Kyle Field was his last in the stadium for Texas A&M.

Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel has said that he is not sure what the future holds for him, following the team's final home game of the season on Saturday.

Manziel threw for 446 yards and five touchdowns to lead his side to a 51-41 victory over Mississippi State in front of a Kyle Field crowd that chanted 'one more year' in hope that the side would stay together.

The stadium is to be completely renovated, with a $450m project beginning on Monday, leading fans to question whether this is a complete end of an era for the team.

The 2012 Heisman Trophy winner told AL.com: "Kyle Field's a special place.

"Nothing will be the same about Kyle Field from here moving forward and to leave the mark we did today was awesome and to go out that way I don't think could be any better.

"I haven't thought about if this was my last game here; not one bit. I'm focused on still trying to get us into a BCS berth and the best bowl that we can possibly get to and that's my only focus right now."

As well as a number of his teammates, sophomore Manziel is eligible to declare for the NFL Draft next April.
