An Italian American football team has revealed that they recently offered NFL quarterback Tim Tebow a four-month contract.
The 2007 Heisman Trophy winner has been a free agent since being released by the New England Patriots at the end of the pre-season.
Milano Seaman president Marco Mutti told The AP: "The offer has been made to his agent and now we're waiting for a response. We would be more than happy to have him."
Tebow has also had spells with the Denver Broncos and New York Jets.
