Oakland Raiders linebacker Kaluka Maiava has been charged with the assault of two men during a brawl in a Maui bar.
The 27-year-old, who joined the Raiders in this off-season, and his brother Ilima Maiava have been charged with third-degree assault.
As well as assault, Maiava has been charged with misdemeanor and fourth-degree criminal property damage, according to the prosecutor.
Maiava's previous four years in the NFL have been spent with the Cleveland Browns.
