Report: Matt McGoin to remain Oakland Raiders starter

:Headline: Report: Matt McGoin to remain Oakland Raiders starter: ID:119259: from db_amp
Following his impressive debut, quarterback Matt McGloin is lined up to lead the Oakland Raiders this Sunday when they face the Tennessee Titans.

The Oakland Raiders have confirmed that Matt McGloin will be the starting quarterback for the team again this weekend, according to a report on NFL.com.

McGloin made his NFL bow in last weekend's victory over the Houston Texans, impressing in the absence of the injured Terrelle Pryor.

Rumours circulated that Pryor would lose the starting job after McGloin threw for 197 yards and three touchdowns in the game, while Pryor has not thrown pass score in his previous three outings.

The Raiders sit in third spot in the AFC West with a 4-6 record and host the Tennessee Titans in week 12.
