The Philadelphia Eagles have announced that they have signed quarterback GJ Kinne on a two-year contract.
The 24-year-old had been a free agent after being released by the New York Jets last June.
Kinne is the second quarterback to be signed by the Eagles since the end of the 2012 season, after they reached an agreement with Baltimore Ravens' practice squad member Dennis Dixon, leaving the side with five quarterbacks on the roster.
Michael Vick and Nick Foles are expected to compete for the starting quarterback role with the side.
