Pittsburgh Steelers centre Maurkice Pouncey has returned to first-team training for the first time since last September.
Pouncey tore several knee ligaments in week one of the 2013 campaign, ruling him out for the remainder of the season as the Steelers struggled to an 8-8 record.
The 24-year-old was back in action on the training field during the first day of organised team activities today, however, and he was happy with how the session went.
"No problems at all. I was able to block guys and finish on some plays. It was pretty awesome," Pouncey told reporters.
Pouncey made the Pro Bowl in his first three seasons in the NFL before missing the vast majority of the last campaign.
