Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin has revealed that running back Le'Veon Bell could return to action this week.
The rookie has been sidelined since the pre-season with a foot injury sustained in his side's warm-up game against the Washington Redskins.
However, he could make his debut at Wembley when the Steelers travel to London to face the Minnesota Vikings.
Tomlin told reporters: "He perked up dramatically at the end of last week. We're excited about watching him be a full participant this week during the course of practice and let that dictate his play.
"He has been doing a nice job of working from a rehabilitation standpoint. We're optimistic about his availability.
"We'll let the practice process be our guide in deciding how much work he gets in the football game."
Pittsburgh are 0-3 in their season after week three following their defeat to the Chicago Bears.
