San Francisco 49ers running back Frank Gore has said that he is confident his side will reach the playoffs this season.
The 49ers are currently 4-4 in their season, and would miss out on the post-season if the campaign ended this week.
However, Gore feels that his side have the quality to win their remaining matches to put themselves in the mix in January.
"We're going to the playoffs," Gore told CSNBayArea.com. "We're going to do it. We have great coaches. We have great guys.
"The last three years, we've been spoiled. That's where we want to go, to get to the post-season. Once everybody takes care of their jobs, we have a great shot."
Jim Harbaugh's side have reached the NFC championship game for three consecutive seasons under his tenure.
