Jim Harbaugh has said that he has "many concerns" ahead of the San Francisco 49ers' playoff game against the Carolina Panthers this weekend.
The NFC South champions beat last year's Super Bowl runners-up during the regular season.
The 49ers head coach told reporters: "It was a tough game. We didn't win. Many concerns, many worries. I would hate to leave something out.
"We will put our best players on the plane and fly out to Charlotte and play the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, and see if our best players are better than their best players.
"It will be our goal to make it our best practice of the year, best drills that we've had all season, the best meetings of the season. That's our goal."
The winners of Sunday's game will face either the Seattle Seahawks or the New Orleans Saints in next week's NFC championship game.
