San Francisco 49ers safety Donte Whitner believes that his side have the "most paranoid staff in the National Football League".
The 49ers kept the pressure on the Seattle Seahawks at the top of the NFC West with a thumping 42-10 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Whitner told reporters: "We have the most paranoid staff in the National Football League. We go over things so many times that when you go in the game you could do it in your sleep.
"They made sure we weren't sleep walking and we're weren't sleep walking. That's the way we performed today.
"He's [Jim Harbaugh] is the most paranoid coach in the NFL. I promise you that. They understand the players can't take their foot off the gas and they won't allow us to and we know that."
The 49ers earned their fifth successive win with their victory over the Jags.
