The St Louis Rams are well on course for a shock victory over champions the Seattle Seahawks having gone into the halfway stage of their NFC West clash with a 21-6 lead.
The visitors were the first to register on the scoreboard as Steven Hauschka slotted over a 24-yard field goal on their opening drive.
The Rams hit back shortly afterwards, however, as Tre Mason burst through the middle of the defence for a six-yard score to claim the first rushing touchdown of his career.
The hosts extended their advantage at the start of the second quarter as Austin Davis threw a short pass to Ben Cunningham, who just about reached the endzone for a five-yard score.
Things got even better for the Rams midway through the quarter as Stedman Bailey collected a punt and returned it 90 yards down the right touchline to increase the gap to 18 points.
The Seahawks were forced to settle for just a field goal in response as the first half drew to a close, with Hauschka slotting over a 35-yard field goal.
