Despite Robert Quinn's impressive defensive display, the Seattle Seahawks hold a 7-3 lead at half time of their NFL clash with the St Louis Rams, thanks to a lone touchdown from Golden Tate.
St Louis quarterback Kellen Clemens struggled on offense in the first half but his side were ahead after a tight first quarter, courtesy of a 33-yard field goal from Greg Zuerlein.
Clemens threw two interceptions but his opposite number Russell Wilson had problems of his own, sacked three times by Quinn in a first half dominated by strong defense on both sides.
Wilson managed just six completions for 37 yards in the first half but one of those proved to be a telling contribution, finding Tate in the end zone from close range to give the Seahawks a measure of control at the break.
