The Seattle Seahawks score a late touchdown to secure a 13-9 comeback win over the Carolina Panthers to move to 4-3 in their season.

A late touchdown from Luke Willson guided the Seattle Seahawks to a 13-9 comeback win over the Carolina Panthers in their NFL clash.

The Panthers had a good start to the game as they halted the visitors on their first possession, and then managed to find their way into the redzone. However, they were prevented from reaching the endzone as Graham Gano was forced to kick a 31-yard field goal.

Carolina moved the ball well again and got right to the goalline, but the Seahawks' defense stepped up and made three crucial stops to keep the home side out of the endzone. Gano was called upon again to kick a 26-yard field goal.

From the kickoff Seattle responded as Paul Richardson ran the ball back to the halfway line, but the offense failed to threaten the endzone. However, Steven Hauschka was on hand to fire a 58-yard field goal through the posts.

The Seahawks had the chance to score just before the half but Russell Wilson's pass to the endzone was picked off by Josh Norman to quell the drive.

After the break, Cam Newton committed an error as he tried to throw under pressure and was intercepted by Marcus Burley. The Seahawks tied the scores when Hauschka notched his second kick of the game, this time from 29 yards.

Seattle spurned a big chance to take the lead when they reached the redzone, but a poor snap from center Stephen Schilling allowed the Panthers to steal the ball.

In the fourth quarter, Newton made a huge play as he threw the ball deep for Kelvin Benjamin, who went above Richard Sherman and Earl Thomas to make a 40-yard reception. Gano then fired a 46-yard field goal through the posts, which allowed the Panthers to retake the lead.

However, Seattle responded with a drive as Wilson picked up yards on the ground on third downs to keep the chains moving. Then the quarterback drilled the ball downfield to his tight end Willson for a 23-yard game-winning touchdown.
