Tampa Bay Buccaneers general manager Jason Licht has praised the performance of quarterback Jameis Winston at his pro day.
The Florida State Seminoles signal-caller has been touted as the best prospect available in the upcoming NFL Draft, which could see him be selected first overall by the Buccaneers.
Licht – who was in attendance at the pro day - has hailed Winston's display under the immense pressure of the occasion.
"Very good. Excellent. Had a great day. This was outstanding," Licht is quoted as saying by joebucsfan.com. "He threw a full nine innings."
Winston threw for 7,984 yards, 65 touchdowns and 28 interceptions in his two years with the Seminoles.
