The Tennessee Titans have confirmed that they have signed free agent quarterback Jon Skelton.
Skelton had been available following his release by the San Francisco 49ers earlier in the season, while he was also cut by the Cincinnati Bengals in August.
The Titans were in need of a quarterback to back up Ryan Fitzpatrick after they lost starter Jake Locker for the season with a Lisfranc injury.
Mike Munchak's side are 4-6 in their season after week 11.
