Jordan Matthews scored two touchdowns in the second quarter to give the Philadelphia Eagles a 21-20 lead over the Washington Redskins at half time in their NFC East clash.
Darrel Young scored his second touchdown in as many weeks when Kirk Cousins tossed the ball in his direction early in the first quarter.
It did not take the Eagles long to level the scores though, as Chris Polk returned the kickoff 102 yards for a touchdown.
Pierre Garcon collected the ball from Cousins to score Washington's second score of the game before Kai Forbath added a field goal as the away team surged away.
However, Matthews scored his debut NFL touchdown to get the home side back into the tie before hauling in a second in the final seconds of the half to put Philadelphia ahead for the first time today.
