England sprinter Richard Kilty has insisted that Jamaica do not have the 'fear factor' ahead of tomorrow's 4x100m relay final at the Commonwealth Games.
Both England and Jamaica comfortably won their respective heats at Hampden Park this evening and will go into the medal race as the top two favourites to claim gold in Glasgow.
Jamaica boast a strong team, including 100m and 200m world record holder and Olympic champion Usain Bolt, but Kilty believes that Bolt's presence takes the pressure off England's shoulders.
"They're always quick, but you can always expect them to be quick, so we're the contenders. We don't really fear them. We've got nothing to lose," he told Sports Mole.
"They're the ones with the pressure on so we don't really fear them, we just want to go out there and contend. If we put our best team out and get the baton round with quick changeovers, I think we're as fearful as that team that the Jamaicans have got."
Meanwhile, Bolt earlier told Sports Mole that the English were likely to be his main rivals for the gold.
