Shara Proctor has insisted that she is "just happy to qualify" for the final of the long jump at the Commonwealth Games.
The Team England athlete jumped the second-longest distance of 6.51m in her qualifying group and the fourth-longest overall.
The 25-year-old, who previously competed for Anguilla, told reporters: "I'm just happy to qualify. I should have [done it] on my first jump but I just wanted to continue jumping to get a rhythm, because I haven't jumped in a while, so I needed to make sure I had everything in line and make sure I have a good rhythm in the warm-up for tomorrow."
The final takes place at Hampden Park tomorrow evening.
