Yohan Blake booked his place in the final of the men's 200m this evening.
The Jamaican sprinter didn't get off to the best start, but he put himself back into contention by running a quick bend.
He opened up such a lead in the home straight that he eased down in the closing stages, which almost allowed Wallace Spearmon and Christophe Lemaitre to catch up with him.
As it was, Blake went over first in 20.01s, while Spearmon clocked a time of 20.02s.
France's Lemaitre ended up third with a time of 20.03s.
