Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt hints at retirement at the end of the 2016 Olympic Games in Brazil.

Usain Bolt has hinted that he may retire after the conclusion of the Olympic Games in 2016.

The Jamaican sprinter, who claimed gold in the men's 4x100m relay at the Commonwealth Games on Saturday evening, suggested that he may call time on his decorated career after the event in Rio de Janeiro.

The Telegraph quotes him as saying: "I spoke to Michael Johnson, who said he retired because there was nothing else left to accomplish.

"I'm happy to have achieved everything that I have, but when you don't have anything left then you might as well retire.

"I would leave the sport to all the young kids coming through, because I hate losing."

Bolt explained what the Commonwealth gold meant to him following Saturday's victory.
