Usain Bolt advanced through to the semi-finals of the men's 200m with victory in his heat at the London Olympics this morning.
The defending champion, who won gold in the 100m on Sunday evening, got out of the blocks sharply and took the lead heading into the home straight.
He held such a large winning margin in the closing stages that he was able to ease off, eventually clocking a time of 20.39s.
Brazil's Aldemir da Silva Junior finished second, while the final qualifying spot went to Isiah Young of the United States.
