Oscar Pistorius has returned to training for the first time since he was charged with the premeditated murder of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.
The South African athlete was arrested in February in the aftermath of the incident on February 14, and after the 26-year-old took part in a training session in Pretoria, his agent Peet van Zyl admitted that it had been a "bittersweet" moment for the amputee.
Van Zyl told The AP: "It was a very emotional experience for him to put the blades back on, to walk back onto the track, get the smell of the track.
"It was tough for him. He said to me it was like a bittersweet feeling and emotion for him to be back on the track."
Pistorius is next due in court on August 19.
