Mo Farah continued his good form this summer by winning the men's two-mile race at this afternoon's Diamond League meeting in Birmingham.
The two-time Olympic gold medallist over 5,000m and 10,000m rarely looked in any trouble throughout the entire race.
He eventually hit the front with two laps remaining and as some of his rivals attempted to mount a challenge down the back straight, Farah kicked hard to win the race by around 10 metres.
The 29-year-old eventually clocked a time of 8.27.24, which was a little way short of Steve Ovett's world record.
Farah became the father to twins earlier this weekend.
