Great Britain have claimed their first Olympic medal in the women's 4 x 100m relay since 1984 after they won bronze in Rio de Janeiro on Friday night.
The quartet of Asha Philip, Desiree Henry, Dina Asher-Smith and Daryll Neita were never in contention for gold - which was won by USA - but they put together an excellent race to break the British record.
After a strong start from Philip, she handed over to Henry who made ground on Jamaica down the back straight and Great Britain were in third when Asher-Smith passed the baton over to Neita.
USA were at least 10 metres clear as they easily secured gold and although Neita kept relatively close to Jamaica's final leg, she was unable to move into the silver-medal position.
The time run by the four British representatives was 41.77s, with USA claiming gold in 41.01s - the second-fastest time in history.
