Sports Mole rounds up all of the action from Saturday's games in the NBA as the Atlanta Hawks and the Cleveland Cavaliers continued their impressive winning streaks.

The Atlanta Hawks continued their franchise-best winning streak by overcoming a scare to beat the Philadelphia 76ers 91-85.

Atlanta wasted a 21-point advantage to allow the Sixers to fight back in the fourth quarter, but Al Horford, who scored 23 points, guided the Hawks to victory in the closing stages.

The Cleveland Cavaliers won their 10th straight game as LeBron James edged a thrilling personal duel with number one pick Andrew Wiggins in the Minnesota Timberwolves' 106-90 defeat.

Wiggins, who left the Cavaliers in a trade which saw Kevin Love move in the opposite direction in the summer, scored 33 points, but James registered 16 of his 36 points in the fourth quarter to guide the Cavaliers home.

Successive defeats for the Golden State Warriors were put behind them as Stephen Curry led the Western Conference leaders to a comfortable 106-87 win over the Phoenix Suns.

The Warriors led by just one point at half time, but Curry finished with 25 points and Klay Thompson added 22 more to hold off the Phoenix challenge.

The Toronto Raptors needed overtime to beat the Washington Wizards 120-116 after wasting an 18-point lead in the fourth quarter.

Washington's fightback was led by 28 points from John Wall, but fellow All-Star Kyle Lowry scored seven of his 23 points in the extra period to clinch the win for Toronto.

A dominant display from Zach Randolph helped the Memphis Grizzlies to an 85-74 triumph and piled more pressure on the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Randolph's 12th straight double-double included 21 points and 18 rebounds as the Thunder fell to 23-24 for the season.

Monta Ellis stole the show with 25 points and 13 assists as the Dallas Mavericks eased to a 108-93 victory over the Orlando Magic.

Dallas lost Rajon Rondo to a head injury in just the second minute of the game, but the visitors were comfortable as Ellis and Tyson Chandler, who added 20 points, took centre stage.

Josh Smith suffered disappointment on his Michigan return as the Detroit Pistons claimed a 114-101 win over the Houston Rockets.

Twenty-eight points each from Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and D.J. Augustin guided the Pistons over the line as the Rockets failed to capitalise on 26 points, seven rebounds and nine assists from MVP candidate James Harden.

An eight-game losing streak for the Sacramento Kings came to an end with a 99-94 win over the Indiana Pacers at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

Rudy Gay led the scoring for the visitors with 31 points, while Darren Collison and All-Star DeMarcus Cousins added 23 and 20 respectively for Sacramaento's 17th win of the season.

The Milwaukee Bucks continued their bid for a spot in the playoffs with a 95-88 success over the Portland Trail Blazers.

Jared Dudley scored 18 points and O.J. Mayo registered 17 off the bench to add to Portland's problems as they have now lost three successive games.

Cody Zeller scored 14 of his 21 points in the opening quarter as the Charlotte Hornets cruised to a 104-86 victory over the Denver Nuggets.

Al Jefferson and Jason Maxiell added 14 points each for the Hornets, whose fine form continued with a 10th win in 13 games.

Blake Griffin played a starring role for the Los Angeles Clippers with 31 points and 13 rebounds against the San Antonio Spurs.

Kawhi Leonard top scored for the champions with 24 points, but Griffin's contribution and 20 points from Chris Paul made the difference as the Clippers ended a four-game losing streak against the Spurs with a 105-85 win.
