Australia men's basketball team have qualified for the 2016 Olympics by defeating New Zealand 89-79 in their qualifying match in Wellington.
The Boomers won the first match of the series 71-59 to put themselves in control heading into the second clash.
Golden State Warriors center Andrew Bogut and Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Matthew Dellavedova inspired their side to victory by scoring 11 and 14 points respectively, while Chicago Bulls' Cameron Bairstow and San Antonio Spurs' Patty Mills also made an impact in the win.
Australia join the United States and Brazil in the tournament in Rio de Janeiro next year, while New Zealand still have the opportunity to make the Games in further qualifying matches next year.
