The Boston Celtics are reportedly looking to trade for Utah Jazz point guard Gordon Hayward.

The Boston Celtics will reportedly try to acquire Gordon Hayward in a trade ahead of this week's deadline.

The Utah Jazz shooting guard has been averaging 16.3 points per game this season.

According to CSNNE.com, the Celtics are keen to complete the trade, but the Jazz are not interested in taking either Rajon Rondo or Jeff Green in return, while Boston are keen to keep hold of their Draft picks.

Hayward played for Celtics coach Brad Stevens during his college career at Butler.
