Deron Williams has said that "urgency" is responsible for the Brooklyn Nets' upturn in form over the last week in the NBA.
The team have won their last four games in a row, lifting them up to eighth in the Eastern Conference with just nine regular-season games remaining.
Following their win over the Indiana Pacers, the point guard told ESPN: "It's just a mentality, I guess, sense of urgency. Realising we have a chance to make these playoffs and we're just trying to make a push."
The Nets face local rivals the New York Knicks later today.
