The Chicago Bulls have completed the signing of D-League forward Jarvis Varnado to a 10-day contract after he joined up with the team for a workout on Monday.
Varnado was the 41st pick in the 2010 NBA Draft by the Miami Heat and has also previously played for the Boston Celtics.
This year, he has averaged 14.1 points, 11.0 rebounds and a D-League best 4.7 blocks per game for the Iowa Energy, Pro Basketball Talk reports.
He will now hope to make an impact in the NBA having appeared in 22 games so far this season for Iowa, with the Bulls management looking to add depth to their roster.
