Cleveland Cavaliers head coach David Blatt has revealed that he was delighted with the way that his side responded to their opening-day defeat in their victory over the Chicago Bulls.
The Cavaliers lost their season opener 95-90 to the New York Knicks, prompting harsh comments from the head coach to his team in the post-game meeting.
However, Blatt's side rallied in their second clash of the campaign with a 114-108 victory over the Bulls, in which LeBron James scored 36 points.
Blatt told the media: "You all are such nice people, I'm so happy you weren't in the morning meeting today because your opinion of me might be vastly different right now.
"But we cleaned some things up, and the guys responded beautifully and we played a great game."
Cleveland face the Portland Trail Blazers in their next match on Wednesday.
