The Cleveland Cavaliers have reportedly decided to trade Dion Waiters as they look to make big changes to their roster during a disappointing season.
Waiters, who was the fourth pick in the 2012 NBA draft, has averaged 14.5 points per game in his 42 appearances for the Cavaliers this campaign.
Recent reports have suggested that unrest in the locker room has been a key reason for the team's poor form, and that general manager Chris Grant is willing to allow a number of players to leave.
According to the Akron Beacon Journal, Kyrie Irving's struggles to work well with Waiters on the court could lead to the latter being moved on before the February 20 trade deadline.
Cleveland currently hold a 16-31 record this season.
