JR Smith has said that he needs to "stop thinking so much" after struggling in the first four games of the NBA Finals.
The Cleveland Cavaliers small forward has made just 29.7% of his shots so far in the series against the Golden State Warriors, scoring just four points in the 103-82 defeat in game four.
The 29-year-old told NBC Sports: "Stop thinking so much and just go out there and play. Be more than just a shooter, go out there and defend, rebound and create plays for everyone else."
Smith averaged 18 points per game during the Eastern Conference finals against the Atlanta Hawks.
