Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban has made peace with Los Angeles Clippers rival Steve Ballmer over the situation regarding DeAndre Jordan.
Jordan had reportedly given a verbal agreement to the Mavs to join them in free agency, but later reneged on it and opted to stay in LA.
"I told him exactly what I told other owners, I didn't have a problem with his Hail Mary approach to keeping a player," Cuban said on social media.
"I understood why they did it. And even how they did it. They got their player back. End of story."
Cuban insisted that he was looking forward to the season getting underway, and conceded that he would not be surprised if they opened against the Clippers.
