Sports Mole rounds up all the action from Wednesday's games in the NBA.

The Oklahoma City Thunder recovered from a slow start against the Miami Heat to seal a comfortable win over the defending NBA champions.

Kevin Durant and Serge Ibaka combined for 55 to help the Western Conference leaders recover from a 22-4 deficit in the first quarter.

LeBron James tried to keep the hosts in touch, but he was the only Heat player to score over 20.

The Houston Rockets narrowly beat the Dallas Mavericks, despite a strong shooting performance from Dirk Nowitzki.

The Dallas forward's 38 was not enough to stop the Rockets claiming the win by two points, with seven Houston players adding over 10 points.

The San Antonio Spurs slipped to their third straight defeat, being beaten by the Chicago Bulls.

Jimmy Butler and Carlos Boozer added 35 points between them against the injury-hit Spurs, giving the Bulls their 10th away win of the season.

A strong start helped the Toronto Raptors to a win over the Orlando Magic, their fifth in a row against the Florida side.

Kyle Lowry scored a season-high 33 as well as 11 assists, helping the Raptors to a 13-point lead by the end of the first quarter, which the Magic were never able to recover from.

The Los Angeles Clippers won their fourth game in a row thanks to a dominant second quarter against the Washington Wizards.

The home side took an 11-point lead into the break, which was enough for them to defend for the win in the second half.

Blake Griffin was the team's top scorer with 29, while Jamal Crawford contributed 21.

A strong finish from Goran Dragic helped the Phoenix Suns clinch a win over the Milwaukee Bucks.

Despite falling heavily on his elbow, Dragic added 10 of his 30 inside the final 3:28 to end any hopes of a late Bucks comeback.

The Memphis Grizzlies made it nine wins from their last 10 games, easing past the Sacramento Kings.

Mike Conley led the scoring with 27 for the visitors, including nine in the fourth quarter to put the result beyond doubt.

Evan Turner scored in the final second to lift the Philadelphia 76ers to victory over the Boston Celtics.

Kris Humphries had a chance to seal the win for the home side in the final seconds, but his missed effort was rebounded by Michael Carter-Williams, who set up Turner for the game-winning basket.

A late basket from Al Jefferson gave the Charlotte Bobcats a win over the Denver Nuggets.

The center, who finished the game with 35 points, found the basket in the final seconds to make sure that the Bobcats came away with the win.

The Minnesota Timberwolves were too strong for the New Orleans Pelicans, beating them for the second time this season.

Kevin Love was the visiting side's top scorer with 30 points and 14 rebounds, while Kevin Martin had 18.

Meanwhile, the Detroit Pistons' trip to the Atlanta Hawks was postponed because of heavy snow in Georgia.
