The Indiana Pacers have seen their injury crisis deepen as both David West and George Hill have been ruled out for at least three games.
West is suffering from a sprained right ankle while Hill is recovering from a bruised left knee ahead of the season opener against the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday night.
Indiana lost Lance Stephenson to the Charlotte Hornets in the off-season, while Paul George suffered a broken leg in an exhibition match for Team USA this past summer.
As a result, coach Frank Vogel will be forced to play four new starters in their opening day lineup against the Sixers.
Meanwhile, point guard CJ Watson has also been ruled out for two weeks because of a bruised right foot.
