Paul George was limited to non-contact drills during the Indiana Pacers' practice yesterday.
The swingman was diagnosed with a concussion after taking a knee to the head during the team's defeat to the Miami Heat earlier this week.
Coach Frank Vogel told reporters: "I think we have guys that can fill in, certainly not play at Paul's level. But we would have to adjust the end result at the time, and I'm sure we will be able to do that."
Under NBA rules, George must be clear of symptoms for 24 hours in order to play in the third game of their Eastern Conference playoff finals, which takes place tomorrow.
