Los Angeles Lakers guard Ronnie Price underwent surgery yesterday on an elbow injury.
The 31-year-old needs a bone spur to be removed from his right elbow, and it is unknown how long he will be out for.
Price is averaging 5.1 points a game in his 43 Lakers appearances, which include 20 starts.
He joined the California team from Orlando Magic last year.
