The Oklahoma City Thunder will be without center Steven Adams for three weeks after he underwent surgery on his hand.
The 21-year-old sustained an injury in the second quarter of his side's 131-108 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers, but managed to return to the match.
However, Adams required surgery on a broken finger on his right hand, and will now miss at least three weeks, which will rule him out of nine of his side's matches.
Adams is averaging 7.4 points a game for the Thunder this season.
