The Phoenix Suns have announced that Leandro Barbosa has signed a 10-day contract with the team.
The shooting guard has not featured for an NBA side this season, having finished the last campaign with the Washington Wizards, although he did not play for the team.
The 31-year-old spent his first seven seasons in the league with the Suns, before moving on to spells with the Toronto Raptors, Indiana Pacers and Boston Celtics.
Barbosa has a career average of 12 points per game.
