Home favourite Elvin Mamishzada has won gold for Azerbaijan at the European Games in the men's flyweight division.
The 23-year-old claimed a unanimous points victory over Italy's Vincenzo Picardi at Crystal Hall to take the host nation's medal count up to 48 overall.
Mamishzada, conqueror of Ireland's Myles Casey in the early stages, recorded maximum points in each round to outscore his opponent.
Meanwhile, bronze was taken by Hamza Touba and Viliam Tanko of Germany and Slovakia respectively.
